Marketing Plan: The goal of
my marketing is to sell your property for the highest price in the
least amount of time. Most important in this aim is to expose your
property to the most potential number of buyers and buyers' agents.
This exposure will be accomplished by establishing the key selling
features and promoting these via the MLS, the Internet, print advertising,
broker tours, open houses and face-to-face property promotion.
- Listing your property on the Tahoe Sierra Board
of Realtors Multiple Listing Service. Your property will be
shown in it highest and best light from the first day it is
listed including professional quality photography and a clear,
concise property description highlighting the positive selling
attributes.
- Placing the well-recognized Black and Gold
Century 21 sign at your property for maximum drive-by and neighborhood
exposure.
- Full color brochures will be placed at the
property providing vital property statistics and contact information
for curious neighbors and potential buying clientele. These
brochures will also be on display in our front office, handed
out at open houses and personally distributed to agents and
offices throughout the area for reinforcing property awareness.
- Print advertisement Half Page color advertisement
in Premiere Homes, North Lake Tahoe and Truckee magazine. Distributed
throughout the Lake Tahoe, Truckee and other areas. Showcase
home color ad in Mountain Homes supplement to the Tahoe World
newspaper.
- Internet advertising on several high-ranking
websites including: century21.com, our office website: tahoenorthrealestate.com
and my personal websites: elizabethedmunds.com and laketahoerealestateonline.com
- MLS Broker Tour occurs every Wednesday for
North Lake, West Lake, Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley rotating
areas every three weeks. Truckee Tour is on Thursday and areas
are grouped together Tahoe Donner, Glenshire/Olympic Heights/Prosser
and Donner Lake/Sierra Meadows/Downtown/Lahontan/Northstar.
I will hold the property open as often as allowed and pitch
the property at each morning meeting to remind agents of the
listing and keep it fresh in their minds throughout the listing
period.
- Open houses will be held at the property early
during the listing showcasing the home to neighbors and potential
buyers. Subsequent open houses will be held during busy and/or
holiday weekends and as needed.
